Shipping to the United States
Please allow 3-5 business days to process orders. Just a reminder, orders will take 2-7 business days to deliver from when it is shipped out not necessarily when it is placed.
All delivery / shipping times are estimates only. Holidays, unforeseen events, sale periods, etc. are all factors that can impact the delivery time.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame, we advise to double check your address is fully entered correctly. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. Better Tomorrow is not responsible for reaching out to the customer, nor pay additional charges to re-ship the package.
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Better Tomorrow, is is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and "Returned to Sender" will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:
- The shipping address doe not exist
- The shipping address is misspelled
- The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/unit/spc/suite number)
- The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
- The addressee has moved
- The addressee has refused the package
Better tomorrow and USPS are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses inputted by the customers. If the Customer's p[package ends up getting sent back, the customer will need to cover the additional shipping fee to re-ship the package.
Better tomorrow is NOT responsible for reaching out to the customer, nor pay the additional charges to re-ship the package.
International Shipping
Customer is responsible for possible import duties and taxes by your local customs authority. Import duties varies between different countries.
Please be aware of your countries import duties and taxes before placing your order.
